- In the event of receiving a damaged product, please record a photographic proof of the product and email it to us at email@example.com along with the Delivery Order number. We shall look into your complaint and, if considered genuine, shall resend the product to you, subject to availability, free of any additional cost.
- In the event of your order being lost in the mail, please notify us and we shall do the needful to locate the delivery team. Once we note a clear indication of your lost order, we shall resend the product to you, subject to availability, free of any additional cost. We regret to inform you that in case of occurrence of any of the above events, no refunds are applicable.
